Arcos - Ultra Portable Computer Madness, A Cool Laptop of Archos

Arcos launches the new ultra portable laptops. This is the cool gadget about the portable pc's. While over the past couple of months, the lines between desktop and ultra-portable notebooks have become somewhat blurry, many such products sharing more or less the same form factor, manufacturers keep pumping out such devices on all fronts, despite the fact that at least some of their potential customers might actually be a little overwhelmed by all of these offerings. And that's also pretty much the case with Archos, which has just introduced a couple of portable and ultra-portable computing systems, the “bulkiest” of the bunch being the particular one you'll read about as follows, namely the ARCHOS 13 model.

One of the things not necessarily great about the new Archos 13 is the fact that it will come bundled with software and multimedia content, which, as we all know only too well, tends to rather slow down a PC than improve the user experience.

No definite price point for the Archos 13 has been provided for the time being, but rumor has it that we're talking about a sum in the vicinity of $800, when this thing finally arrives in stores at some point over the summer of 2009.
