The expectations are that it would work in a similar way like the Apple iPhone with downloads available under the iTunes and where in you can pay and download advanced stuff. It can be a killer product because its something which can beat Amazon’s Kindle which is currently the top selling eBook reader. The Apple Tablet would not just be a clone of the Amazon Kindle but would be a lot more advanced stuff.
This Tablet would be offering you with Wifi Connectivity so you can connect to the Internet and download all the stuff. Regarding the launch date there are no dates yet launched because these are just rumors and there is no official statement yet from Apple. I am pretty sure if Apple would launch this product they would go ahead with their smart marketing and also launch this product with a price range of at least 700$+ because it charges heavily for the R&D they put into their products. Also the Apple hardware rocks along with the option to upgrade the software whenever its really important.
